Our Walks
Whether you are an individual or workplace team participants you will engage in guided walks through the stunning landscapes of the Mournes with trained coaches and counsellors. This approach allows for natural conversations that can lead to deeper insights and emotional growth.
In addition to therapeutic discussions, participants will learn essential mountain skills including map & compass work, navigation training, mountain weather awareness, kit and equipment essentials that enhance their outdoor experience and promote personal development:
